• In the water for 30 minutes up to 5 feet. I have anxiety attacks in the shower due to a massive pulmonary embolism and need the heart tracker to help ease the attacks. Shower is good. Swimming is limited. I would take it swimming only if I had the 2yr protection plan.

• It is not meant for swimming. Water resistant means if you get it wet a little it won't hurt it. Ie: while washing hands, walking in the rain, etc

• No, the tracker cannot be used swimming. It is water resistant as it can withstand sweat and small water particles but it cannot be submerged.
