- Answer its a solid watch - very sturdy, but, end of day, i wouldn't even go swimming with it.. i just dont think any watch like heart tracker is meant to go under water , let alone salt water.. anytime you have a watch that has buttons on it, i would forsee that sealing it, even by manufacturer, would be hard to do... so i would say no on this one - hope this helps

- Answer It will notify you every 45 minutes to get up or stretch if it senses you are not active (like sitting at a desk). You can also customize it to alert you ever hour if you like or turn that feature off completely.

- Answer Go to the Samsung health app and change the tracking setting to all steps, that way it will track with out phone or watch as long as you have one on your person.

- Answer You can answer your cellphone by swiping your Gear Fit 2 pro or decline a call, but you cannot speak or hear on the watch. (You can hear and speak on the Gear 3 watches). You can receive and reply to texts with quick responses that you establish (ie. Yes, no, etc).
