• Yes. But you will need to alway have the phone near by.

• Yes it works with sprint note. You just use it with the Bluetooth and everything works except if you want to pay for the extra service with to use as your only phone. Then you would have to use the AT&T network. The bluetooth works at a good distance so you do not have to have your phone on your person to use the phone feature.
