yes it will work but Get the Galaxy note 2 unlocked first. I bought a T mobile note 2 and had it unlocked first and now am using an ATT plan, once unlocked Tmobile and ATT are interchangeable. good luck the phone companies are very tricky don't get a contract ever. ATT has a month to month data plan but its not 10 bucks its more like north or 50. make sure you pick the correct minutes for talk and text and at least 2 to 3 GB per month of data, remember they offer roll over from month to month so after the first month you will have whatever you did not use, but it only rolls one month. after that it starts again.
