Yes to all your questions, however you'll have to install opera browser from the app store in order to browse the web on your phone

Or u can add it on ur plan for 10.00 a month an at&t will give u a Sim with a phone number for the watch an then it can be a standalone phone/watch when u don't have ur phone within the Bluetooth range! That's what I ended up doing!
