If anyone told you you have to sync your phone with S Heath for this, they are wrong! After sleeping myself, I realized of you go to the S Heath app on the watch, you can instantly see how long you slept by checking your activity clock, that tells you how active you are. Just make sure you wear the Watch itself!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the watch can track your sleep.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does kinda but only when synched with S Health on your phone. Its mainly your phone that tracks it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The S Health app will do it if you enter it manually. Otherwise no, it doesn't track it like a Fitbit does.

It does track but whenever you roll over and your arm goes up or moves it thinks you are trying to look at it so it shines on you. Short answer yes it does. Long answer, it does but it isn't the greatest.
