The stainless steel version that doesn't say (Verizon) is the standard version Gear S2. The ceramic version that says (Verizon) and is 2mm bigger is the 3GS version. This one allows you to use the watch independently whereas the standard one requires a smartphone to be near to be functional.

One is more of a traditional looking watch while the sport is more of a sport watch. Also the huge difference is that the sport is the only supported to be 3g meaning it has its only independent phone line to be used as a phone itself. Keep in mInd the 3g sport is a lot bigger than the regular blue tooth sport or classic. As far as regular features they all have the same.
