• I haven’t found it on the watch but there are a ton of weightlifting options on the Samsung health app that syncs with the watch.

• Again, as with the Gear S2 and 3, nope. I am dumbfounded as to how this company keeps producing a seemingly pretty watch, but battery will not go beyond 2 days with consistent use, and heart rate continues to be outdated.
