• Only to control playback from your phone. You can only sync DRM free or Spotify playlists, with Premium, for playback without your phone.

• Yes, but u have to open it on ur phone and then it will link to the music app on the watch.

• Actually there are ways without Spotify. You do it through your phone just look it up. There are videos on it.
