“I have a Sumsung Gear Sport and it does everything i bought it for except answer calls. It can receive them,decline them and even dial out but when someone calls my phone I can only decline the call from my watch never answer it,what do i do?”

this device does not have the capability to answer calls. It can only connect to your phone to let you know you have a call. Get a newer version Gear watch. I upgraded to the Gear S watch and it does allow you to answer calls.
