Yes, you can put one picture or a slide show of several pictures on your watch. Or several slides shows, and easily switch from one to the other.

Please try again later.So you open up galaxy wearables then I clicked on the digital watch face and hit customize and from that point you go the select a background and you click on gallery and pick a file and just style to your liking and boom got your own images as your background i did this on a gear S2

Then go to the settings on your watch. Choose watch faces and scroll until you see My Photos. Then select the photo/s to show on you watch. Pretty easy.
