• Carrier or plan wouldn't matter as it must be tethered to a phone via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. It doesn't have it's own sim card slot. As long as your phone is compatible to download the Samsung gear app and meets the requirements to connect to the watch, you should be able to use it.
