• A:Answer From everything I've ever heard or rrad, the refurbished is just as good if not better, mainly because as opposed to being one of the onesnturned out on a production line, it has actually had someone inspect it and maintain it individually. That being said, be aware that all you will receive is the phone and a generic charger. You will not receive the tool for the s-pen, the replacement s-pen tips, ANY of the instruction manuals or set up books, or the key you need to open the sd card/sim card slot. So just be aware, the phone itself (after 3 days of use) SEEMS to be as good as new, but they definitely get one over on the buyer by not stating what you actually do and, more importantly, DO NOT get with this purchase. So buyer beware I suppose. Good luck!

• A:Answer NO THEY ARE NOT!! And they do not tell you that either!! All you get is the phone literally taped to a piece of cardboard and a generic charger in a ziplock bag. THAT ISBIT!! There are no accessories, earbuds, s-pen tips, s-pen tool, booklets, manuals, or sd card/sim card alot key. NOTHING. They do not tell you this and you do not find out until you open the box, but once the box is open if this is unsatisfactory and want to return the phone then they want to charge you $45 for a "restocking fee" because you opened the box. Problem is, theres no way to know they sold you he phone under false pretences until you open the box. So be prepared to either be disappointed or get stuck donating $45 to a bunch of thieves. Good luck!!
