Q: QuestionDoes this watch keep track of your heart rate 24/7 or only when you work out?I have heart problems and they don't want to put me in a holter monitor because my heart problem only comes around once in a month. SO instead of going to the ER I figured I would look for something that keeps track of it all the time. SO in that case will keep track of it 24/7 or only when I work out?

• A:Answer It will check your heart rate throughout the day, but is not a continual thing. You can always view the % of time spent in different heart rate ranges and can force it to check your heart rate while working out. I have had some issues getting a reading in the past but usually works well.

• A:Answer Yes you can text, via voice. There is no keyboard. You can respond and create new text messages via voice just by directing your voice towards the watch and saying "OK GOOGLE". Then just say "send text to (whomever)", and speak the message...within a few seconds, the watch will show you whats been spoken and put into text and send giving you ample time to cancel or change if needed.
