Not sure if u can use Nike+ with it but the built in running app tells u how man calories u burned, time, distance and average heart rate for entire run. It has 4GB of internal memory for music and will do Bluetooth music to headphones. If u want more space u will have to bring ur phone or ipod with u to play music and use ur watch to track run.
