“Can we use this for texting & emailing only? For 10 yr. old daughter.. she really wants one for Christmas, however, we do NOT have her a cellphone to pair up with. Can we use this with the built in wifi for sending & rec text messages & checking her email. She has a Samsung tablet, but really wants one of these for Christmas & someone suggested this brand. Will this fit our needs? If, not any other suggestions? Thanks!!”
