• Go to http://www.samsung.com/us/support/ and use the chat option and ask a samsung rep. BestBuy offers 45 day if you are a elite member. You cannot register this laptop to samsung because the do not have this particular model listed for US.

• It has a 1 year limited parts and labor warranty through the manufacture.
