- Answer There is nothing wrong with the laptop. Refurbished models are tested (and repaired if necessary) prior to being sold. While the unit may have been returned or displayed, that doesn't necessarily mean that there was a problem with the unit. In some cases, it may have just not met the needs of a particular customer or been returned for other reasons. Thanks for your interest in Samsung laptops. --Mr.Samsung

QuestionWireless capabilityThe specifications state that this laptop can access the internet wireless; however, when I use the 'Wireless capability" filter under the Narrow Your Results feature for product searching, this model does NOT show up. Am I missing something?

- Answer This Samsung laptop does have wireless capability, but it's possible it was not included in the product search due to an error with our system, or possibly it hasn't been added yet as it is a refurbished product. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

- Answer Refurbished does not necessarily mean repaired. Some times people will just return a product, because it wasn't a right fit for them.
