• Yes, but mine doesn't work except for WiFi and FN LOCK keys, even after sending and receiving back from Samsung for repair. It has gone back to Samsung again for this issue

• You mean if there are lights behind the keys? Then yes, there is, and you can adjust the brightness on the f-buttons.
