- Answer There would be no way to determine how exactly it was refurbished. Also, you would certainly be able to return it for up to 15 days from when you receive your order.

- Answer No touchscreen. There's a trackpad which is supposed to have multi-touch functionality though my first laptop didn't work nor did replacement unit until I sent it to Samsung for repair, and even then that didn't function too well

- Answer Yes, but mine doesn't work except for WiFi and FN LOCK keys, even after sending and receiving back from Samsung for repair. It has gone back to Samsung again for this issue
