Hi Virginny, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues getting the link to work correctly. Earlier today I was experiencing issues with samsung.com myself, but now everything seems to be working fine. The link https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/?model=N0054850 is the place to for the full manual and all firmware updates. If you need extra assistance with updating your soundbar, please contact Samsung Customer Service. The two best options for contacting Customer Service are 1) 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, 7 days a week. Ask for "Soundbars." 2) LiveChat with an agent by clicking the ‘Support’ link on the Samsung website homepage. ^Andrew
