• It is hard to take of and put on, but you have to slide it off by pressing and pushing down at the same time.

• Using a flat surface, instead of pressing the arrow on the back side of the remote, press down and push forward in the same area on the front panel with your thumb while pulling the back panel down with your fingers. You need grippy fingers for this also.

To remove the cover, push the rear cover open in the direction of the arrow at the bottom of the remote control. Grab the remote control with two hands,Then, push it forward with your thumbs.
