“Hello, I am trying to connect this one with my Insignia Roku TV. Tried HDMI cable and Optical cable and nothing is working. The TV support HDMI ARC but can’t recognize the soundbar. How can I get it to work?”

• Try going into your tv settings and selecting the speakers as your audio source instead of the tv speakers.
