Q: QuestionHello, I am trying to connect this one with my Insignia Roku TV. Tried HDMI cable and Optical cable and nothing is working. The TV support HDMI ARC but can’t recognize the soundbar. How can I get it to work?

Q: QuestionI recently purchased the HW-A650. When watching 4K/Blu ray discs, the dialogue is just absolutely drowned out by the music sound. "Apaptive" mode is kinda okay, but still not very good for dialogue; can barely hear spoken words. Any suggestions?

• A:Answer Hi Sea! The HW-A650 is compatible with Bluetooth wireless audio technology. You will first need to pair the soundbar to the TV. To put the HW-A650 into pairing mode, repeatedly press Source on the remote or soundbar until the soundbar's display reads BT > WAIT > BT PAIRING. If the soundbar displays BT READY, press and hold Source on the soundbar until BT PAIRING displays. ^Tim

• A:Answer Hi Cfc! You can adjust the HW-A550 Soundbar volume using the TV’s remote control. This function can be used with IR remote controls only. Bluetooth remote controls (remote controls that require pairing) are not supported. Set the TV speaker to External Speaker to use this function. 1) Turn Off the Soundbar. 2) Push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds. Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “Samsung-TV Remote” (Default mode), “Off-TV Remote”, “All-TV Remote”. The LED indicator status changes each time the mode is changed. Should you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG. ^Tim

You can try optimizing audio performance for your specific content by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your soundbar remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, BASS BOOST, GAME, or ADAPTIVE. You can also press and hold the Sound Control button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each of seven frequency bands. ^Tim
