Q: Questionhi, will you be able to add frames to this like the frame tv?
Asked by ptrrich.
- A:Answer Yes, though the extra frames aren't quite available yet. There are several that were showcased when they showed this thing off. They showed off a black one and wood grain ones.

Q: QuestionI need an extender on my power cord how can I find one?! I need an extra 30 feet.
Asked by Amggg.
- A:Answer I guess I should be more specific, I need the cord to the actual speaker. I need two for both frames to get power. As I’m installing them on the wall but I want the wire hidden in the wall. I need it long enough from frame to power source. I have ordered two DC cables 1.35mm x 3.5mm and it was too big.

Q: QuestionDo the Music frames ADD to the sound coming out of the Frame TV or REPLACE the sound. The video and sales associates says it adds, but the tech couldn't make that work. I still want to hear sound from the TV ALSO when using the Frames.
Asked by Bachster.
- A:Answer No you can't. I tried. It would never sync up that way. It was always either the Frames or the TV....despite showing that all 3 were linked as output together. I'm not alone in this according to the feedback. The inconsistencies in connection generally and the aforementioned caused me to return them today. It's a pity because they sound great, but the connectivity is not yet pefected.

Q: QuestionI have a 2024 Samsung OLED TV, Q730D soundbar, and the Dolby atmos rear speaker kit. My system as it stands right now is 5.1.4. If I add two of these to either side of my TV, will that change to 7.1.4? Or will it remain 5.1.4?
Asked by KenS.
- A:Answer Hi KenS, Yes when adding 1 Music Frame to your setup will make your system a 7.1.4 channel system. Please know currently you can only sync 1 Music Frame with your TV and Soundbar. ~ Samsung Solutions

Q: QuestionHaving trouble connecting 2 new music frames to a 2024 Frame tv. We use Eero for WiFi and are getting an error that music frames and tv are not on the same network. Auto set in Q symphony fails to sync them up. Any suggestions? TIA
Asked by ChrisKen.
- A:Answer I had exact same issue! Had to pair both speakers to TV via Bluetooth mode and then select multi speakers from the Bluetooth devices icon in settings.
