A:AnswerHi Vic! The HW-Q65T Soundbar includes the SWA-8500 wireless surround speaker set. By design, the surround speakers are supposed to simulate sounds happening behind the viewer. Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume. ^Patty
A:AnswerHi Oros! The HW-Q65T will increase the volume and quality of your audio providing a room filling sound. Please know the rear speakers are designed to simulate sounds happening behind the viewer. Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, and will not duplicate all of the sound coming from the soundbar.

A:AnswerHi BlackVette89! By pressing the Sound Control button on your remote you can access additional settings for your soundbar such as the rear volume level. If Surround Speakers are connected, press the Sound Control select Rear Level and then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

A:AnswerHi carnielian! To setup Q Symphony, you will first need to ensure your soundbar is connected to the TV via HDMI or digital optical. The external device then needs to be connected to the TV. Once the soundbar has been connected and D.IN is set, “TV+Soundbar” will appear under the Sound Output menu of the TV. Select the corresponding option. Now Q-Symphony will activate, and you’ll hear amazing surround sound. ^Tim
