A:AnswerI'm not with Samsung; I am a customer. We bought the Q990b with high hopes. The first one was delivered on July 18th, 2022. We returned the first one and got a replacement on August 4th 2022 due to the back left speaker remaining disconnected most of the time. The replacement is also defective. Same issue. Connects at first then back left speaker is disconnected 95% of the time. We are trying to decide whether to exchange for a 3rd time or just give up and return the soundbar. Very frustrating.
A:AnswerYes, plug your Dolby atmos player into either of the two HDMI inputs directly on the soundbar then use an HDMI cable from the earc hdmi on the soundbar to your projector HDMI and it will work.
