No. This wallet case is designed with the appropriate camera cut outs to support the S21 ultra. Here's a picture of the camera cut out on my 18 month old wallet.

Not at all. There is a window cutout for the entire camera section. It's very convenient.

No, but portrait mode is akward holding it open to shoot. Landscape mode I just hold the flap and let the case hold phone, I find this way much easier as I can rotate photo later.

No need to remove phone from case to use camera. Also the phone can be removed from case just as easy as most other cases are.
