- Answer Greetings, The agitator is not removable. The only way to remove the agitator is by using a 10mm wrench and a screwdriver with a flat tip to remove the cap when disassembling the washer. Thank you for choosing Samsung and have a great day! ^Rainly

- Answer Whatever brand of dishwasher soap you prefer. Whether it's powder or tablets. The one thing to not skimp on is Jet-Dry. That does help with streaks and helps with dry dishes.

- Answer I think it's faulty wiring or hook up. It's not something that draws a lot of power. Maybe water or moisture is coming in to contact with connections used during install

QuestionSamsung Model:DW80R9950UG dishwasher just installed. The supplied drain line is shorter than the 6 1/2' Kenmore Elite that it replaced. It barely reaches the drain connection and installer were not able to put the loop at the drain connection.

QuestionWhat is the point of wifi/smart things if you can't start the dishwasher remotely? Every time it powers off, the smart control disables. I thought the whole point was to be able to start a wash remotely...not having to physically turn it on.
