“I'm the age of pencil and paper. How do I use this? I purchase a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and have been experiencing charger/cable issues from various manfrs. On your "Chat" a very helpful woman guided me to this product. Would I need a wall charger itself along with purchasing this Multimedia Dock? How does this Dock work? Does the cell phone stand up in this? What's the difference between a Powerstation XL External Battery Pack Charger, bc I may be interested in this type of charging? Also, can you recommend a wall charger and cable for my device? No Insignia brand, as they've been nothing but problems. I realize I've got a lot of questions and apologize for this. As I said I'm a 50 year old (disabled) -"pen and paper generation" - woman with absolutely no technical experience, and bc I am disabled I cannot go to a Best Buy store for assistance. A charging dock is very helpful as you can put it on the charger upright and you can just plug it in anywhere next to you and it's functions will work as it's charging. I will also recommend if you have a Samsung that you purchase a Samsung charger, I've experienced that they work better and faster than other name brand chargers. As for the External Battery pack charger, you would have to remove the battery from the phone and place it in the charger and plug it in the socket. Hope this was helpful.
