Not sure, mine works fine. Make sure everything is updated and if that doesn’t fix the problem, I would take it back. I had a problem with mine in the beginning where Microsoft Edge wouldn’t work whatsoever and it was because of some updates. I’m not sure though :/
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't had this issue. Go to device manager and delete the drivers for the pad. It may be under a category called input devices. Reboot your laptop and the drivers will install automatically. If that doesn't address the issue, work close with the Geek Squad.
