“My brand new (7-days old) Samsung Notebook 7 just crashed giving me the blue screen of death error (Window's 10 Version) and the error displayed was "Error: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" What causes this? Really Frustrating!”

All I know is that I removed all the bloat ware before I did the updates. Also removed all anti virus except Defender. Never reboot in the middle of an update. no problems. You may want to download the anniversary update and reinstall.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried to boot up the laptop ins safe mode? Do this and go into the device manager, I believe the error is caused by an hardware driver. Update anyone that has a yellow exclamation marks.
