Yes, there is an m2 slot for an SSD.

Which is it? One person says yes, the other no.

I purchased the 15.6 inch i7 version and it does have an m.2 expansion slot, the 1200 price tag version has a 128gb ssd installed already where as the cheaper version does not have it installed
