Definitely get a rig with an RTX 30 series card. I have an RTX 3080 and I9 10850K and every bit of that power gets used to run this monitor. Remember, because it is so wide at 1440, it has ALMOST the same amount of pixels to push as a 4k monitor. Corsair Vengeance PCs are a great pre built at a reasonable price.

Beyond that its personal preference. The Intel HD Graphics 620 found in many low end systems will only drive the monitor at 3840x1080 at 60 Hz.
