Q: QuestionCan I plug this hard drive into my router and use it as a standalone external hard drive on the network? Will Mac and Windows PCs see it as a drive and let me add folders, etc?

• A:Answer I'm using it that way to hold my iTunes library for my Mac. I have it connected to my Time Capsule. It should work on a PC as well, but I'm not good at telling one how to do it. You'll need to have it mounted across the wifi network onto your PC in order to use it though. Works like a champ.
