• The manufacturer’s warranty depends on the model of POWERbot you have purchased. Some have a ten-year warranty on the motor, while other models have a five-year warranty or less. Minor parts have a one-year warranty. So it is very important to register your POWERbot. If you use the Samsung app with your WiFi, the app updates automatically. And if there are problems with a certain model, Samsung will let you know via email. Registered owners also get tech support thru Samsung. Also, parts are available to purchase online thru Samsung.com as well.
