No, unfortunately Best Buy does their own refurbishings. Not only that, but cell phone are the ONLY item that you are unable to lease to own. They also offer price match guarantee on every item EXCEPT cell phones. Used or new. So please do yourself a favor, and shop around BEFORE you get any cell phones used or not from Best Buy.
