• GoPro says it will, and it works fine with my Hero 4 Silver.

• Hello. From what I understand, the GoPro Hero 4 Black only supports memory cards up to 64GB.

• I don't see why it wouldn't work but if you want to be sure your best bet is probably to check the GoPro website to see if they list micro SD card compatibility.
