This microSD card is much faster than the EVO+ when it comes to writing to the card. If you need quick write access for cameras that capture huge files this card would be the way to go. Put in perspective, the EVO+ card is advertised to write at 20 MB/s while the PRO+ is advertised to write at 90 MB/s, a 4.5x improvement.

This card is the Pro+ which has a much faster write speed than the Pro, Evo, or Evo+. This can make a huge performance difference but only if your device can make use of those gains. It's intended for UHD level performance where you would need to write large amounts of data very quickly (think 4K video and the like).
