QuestionI have a curved samsung tv and curved samsung soundbar, both latest models. Tried every way possible and could not connect both soundbar and this speaker to my tv. I can only get get sound from either this speaker or soundbar. any help appreciated.

- Answer You must have 2 speakers in addition to the sound bar in order for the entire speaker system to work simultaneously and wireless. We had the same problem. Tried everything we could imagine. Noted on speaker paperwork that you must have 2 speakers along with the sound bar in order for system to work wirelessly. So we bought a cheap wireless speaker and now the system works wirelessly. Both speakers and sound bar

QuestionI have the curved samsung soundbar and curved samsung smart tv 7500 and bought 2 of the r360 speakers. Does sound come out of all 3 at the same time, can you adjust the volume of all with the soundbar remote or the at&t remote?

- Answer you have to use the Samsung multiroon app to adjust the rear speakers volume . download it on your smart phone and use that to tweek the sound.

QuestionI have Apple TV..an iPad...and a Sanyo tv...lots of iTunes music..I've seen speakers that are wireless but have some type of adapter to hook to your non smart tv....so you are able to connect all devices...and you can move your speaker around the house?

- Answer I don't think they sell them in the US also you'd have to run the power cable up somewhere to power the speakers. Not effective as they showcased awhile ago.

QuestionWe have one of these speakers and now want a 28-32 inch smart tv to connect to but having trouble figuring out which ones are compatible. Any suggestions for which tv or what to look for? Nothing says sound connect under specs.

- Answer Any smart TV with sound connect will work. I think most of Samsung's TVs have sound connect.

- Answer No. Wifi or Bluetooth is the only way to get it to work.

- Answer You can go to pandora.com You need to put Bluetooth on your laptop and try connecting again . Can try shutting down your laptop and connecting again. That is one unaesthetic pleasing device. That samsung is expensive speaker- return it and buy Monster Soundstage- you have wifi, Bluetooth and Qualcomm all play. Three models of the Soundstage S1, S2 &S3. S3 is the biggest monster speaker . - Answer It's not possible with JUST this speaker, but it is completely possible. This speaker would be a good start, but in order to connect your home theater system you'd need to also invest in the Sonos connect module; which runs around 300.00 and allows you to loop an existing unit in with your Sonos controller. This would create the effect that you're looking for... alternately you could go the full Sonos route and get their 5.1 surround system, but that would be a whole other expense.
