You don't have to turn them off! The rechargeable glasses shut off automatically once the TV's 3D mode is turned off. They'll turn on briefly if they are touched -- you don't ever have to turn them on or off -- but then they'll turn themselves back off after they don't detect a 3D bluetooth signal from the TV. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To turn the glasses on, just hit the button (inside frames on right side) once quickly and you'll see the red light go from dim to bright. To turn them off, hit the same button quickly, and the red light will go from bright to dim. I hope this helps others, as the instructions were not very clear.
