They might be replaced by a pair of active glasses sold at Best Buy
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a pair of Samsung SSG-3570CR 3D, active RF glasses that were working perfectly but then stopped. I could not charge them and they did not work. The LED on the glasses did not light even when the USB plug was attached to a power source. A call to Samsung technical support led nowhere, so I looked closely at the glasses to see if they could be RESET, since it appeared that the glasses had LATCHED UP. I noticed a small circular hole under the plastic cover next to the USB charging port on the glasses. Please note that there are two holes in the frame of the glasses, one for the locking the plastic cover and one for the switch. I noticed that a pin pushed through the circular hole activated a small switch on the glasses. I then plugged in the USB cable to a power source, and simultaneously pushed in the RESET switch with a pin and pushed the larger switch used to turn on the glasses. IT WORKED! The 3D glasses are now fully functional. Give it a try!
