“To clean the 2022 screen, Samsung representatives advise to use the Magic Eraser. Is this the same thing as Mr.Clean Magic eraser manuf. by Proctor and Gamble? Do you slightly moisten/squeeze it or use it dry? 4 versions of product are sold. Which one?”

I wall state what I know and don’t know Don’t Know What Samsung rep was suggesting - but I would not trust that person at all. Know The Frame has a Matt base to limit reflectivity and can come off Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is a extremely fine sand paper that cleans surfaces but lightly sanding to top coat off Suggestion Based on the above I would NEVER USE A MR. MAGIC ERASER I use a micro fiber cloth and use nothing more than my breath on a small area and then rub the cloth VERY GENTLY in a circular motion. If more than your breath us needed, make the micro fiber cloth as lightly damp as possible. Use a second micro fiber cloth to rub and dry in a circular motion as above. NEVER USE A MR.CLEAN ERASER OR A PAPER TOWEL FOR DRYING -THEY ARE BOTH ABRASIVE AND HAVE A HIGH OROBABILITY OF SANDING THAT SURFACE OFF. JUST MY 2 Cents worth

For some unknown reason, this review was “pulled” and no longer exists. Samsung, please respond with the best way to clean the 2022 Frame antireflective screen.
