Q: QuestionWhy does a brand new phone need refurbished? Will it work perfectly now ,$619.00 is still a lot of money. Is there a exchange policy if there is a problem ? And does it come with all accessories?

• A:Answer My phone did not come with all the accessories that were mentioned in the description. Best Buy does not guarantee that all parts or accessories will come with refurbished phones. New phones are refurbished, sometimes, just after buyer's remorse. But they do not guarantee that all accessories will be in the box.

• A:Answer Marty, The phone was refurbished by Samsung. However, the warranty would be hard to be used if you needed in my opinion. My phone came missing accessories that were mentioned in the description of the phone. Samsung did not help me and told me to contact Best Buy. Best Buy referred me back to Samsung. So I figured it would be challenging to use your warranty. Best Buy told me they do not guarantee that all parts and accessories will be with the phone.
