“Is anyone having an issue with this dishwasher. I have tried every detergent and setting but its a horrible dishwasher. It leaves a build up ofn everything. I have a water softner so hard water is not an issue yet the inside is stained with hardwater?”

• I don't have an issue with build up, but the dishwasher doesn't work well for me at all. Almost every finished load has a dirty dish in it that I have to re-wash. It's so frustrating. I will never buy another Samsung dishwasher. Buy a Bosch (another example where you get what you pay for). I didn't want to spend the extra money on the Bosch but now regret it.

• Just one thought which MAY be helpful - Make sure that your household water heater temp is set at least as high as dishwasher manual recommendation.

• We use finish soap. The only problem I have had is with this soap etching aluminum pan and meat tenderizer. The dishwasher has been great when I prerinse large debris. Is your dishwasher water supply pipe bypassing the softener somehow? Hope that helps.
