• No, it does not come with the counter top. It comes just like the pictures where you can see the insulation.

• I'm not exactly sure what countertop piece you are referring to but it only comes with a strip that needs to be placed under your countertop and above the dishwasher to prevent mold and disfigurement of your countertop. It doesn't come with any actual countertop pieces, this will simply slide in place below the countertop you currently have.
