I havent changed my filter yet but i wud say make sure its locked in place and its a reset filter button on the front of the fridge hold for three sec to reset
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The alarm button which is located on the far bottom left on the left door panel has 2 functions. One is to turn the door alarm on and off, the second is to reset the filter alarm. If the filter light is activated, it appears as a red grid with a drop coming from it. Press the alarm button for three seconds and the red grid lite should go out. Make sure the alarm button is still lite or the door alarm will not function. If off hold the alarm button till it turns back on. Hope this is helpful.
