QuestionWhat about standard sized cabinets?I love this refrigerator, but my cabinet is 36" wide as are most built in cabinets for refrigerators. Can this be put in a 36" wide cabinet? I've been seeing people say they have theirs in a tight cabinet with no problem. Best Buy salesperson told me they recommend 1" on each side, but said the reps for Samsung insist that much clearance is not necessary. Is this doable? If not, is there a fix? I have spent months choosing a refrigerator only to find out about side vents when I made my choice.

- Answer 36 would be fine as long as the walls end before the doors. We have a 38" space but the left wall is long and keeps the left door from opening far enough to pull the left veggie drawer all the way out to clean. I will have to clean it in the fridge.

QuestionHow does one remove the frig draws for cleaning?The frig doors do not open wide enough to allow the iner draws to be removed. Thesliding shelves as described in the manual do not slide? Packing taps is st ill inbetween the shelves and cannot be r emoved?

- Answer I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble removing the packing tape and drawers from your new RF30HBEDBSR. If you're unable to open the door wide enough to remove the drawer, it may be helpful to remove the lower bin from the door. This model should have a slide-in (or retractable) shelf, a slide-out shelf, a flip-up shelf (next to the ice maker) and 2 fixed shelves, as described on the specifications sheet. - Answer I havent changed my filter yet but i wud say make sure its locked in place and its a reset filter button on the front of the fridge hold for three sec to reset

QuestionJust got today. The bottom bin/shelf in the door in door, slides out when you open the outer door for easy access. The middle bin/shelf looks like it had the same hardware but it will not move. Is there a way to adjust this to it is moveable as well? thx
