“How does one remove the frig draws for cleaning? The frig doors do not open wide enough to allow the iner draws to be removed. Thesliding shelves as described in the manual do not slide? Packing taps is st ill inbetween the shelves and cannot be r emoved?”

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble removing the packing tape and drawers from your new RF30HBEDBSR. If you're unable to open the door wide enough to remove the drawer, it may be helpful to remove the lower bin from the door. This model should have a slide-in (or retractable) shelf, a slide-out shelf, a flip-up shelf (next to the ice maker) and 2 fixed shelves, as described on the specifications sheet. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well first, remove the packing tape. Hopefully your drawers aren't that dirty that you have to remove them in order to clean them properly. If they are you may need to remove the doors. This is covered inside the owners manual. Takes about 3 or 4 minutes.
