“What about standard sized cabinets? I love this refrigerator, but my cabinet is 36" wide as are most built in cabinets for refrigerators. Can this be put in a 36" wide cabinet? I've been seeing people say they have theirs in a tight cabinet with no problem. Best Buy salesperson told me they recommend 1" on each side, but said the reps for Samsung insist that much clearance is not necessary. Is this doable? If not, is there a fix? I have spent months choosing a refrigerator only to find out about side vents when I made my choice.”

36 would be fine as long as the walls end before the doors. We have a 38" space but the left wall is long and keeps the left door from opening far enough to pull the left veggie drawer all the way out to clean. I will have to clean it in the fridge.
